One of the most heinous truths that are discovered about the world of politics, is the realization that when studying individuals in local to the highest levels of governmental office, along with specific emissaries, is the shock:

• Too many of them make themselves rich from LEGAL methods of payments from constituent individuals and entities.
• The process of acquiring money is legal by laws set initially created to protect government officials form frivolous lawsuits but now enable actions:
  (a) of purchasing stock in new companies ahead of the public knowledge of government reward of funding, approvals on technology, etc.
  (b) before public knowledge, are able to acquire land and other "right of way" licensing because of knowledge of government spending, regulations and changes in law that will make the assets more valuable with potentials of long term payments and increased equity.  
  (c) payments for additional types of employment, contract advisement and consulting.
