How Much God Loves Us

One of many wonderful understandings of Eternity is the scriptures point to God the Father, God the Holly Spirit and Son of God Jesus Christ knowing our emotions and feelings to always have us feel loved, cherished, valued and so much more.  God the Father absolutely loves us just like He Loves Jesus Christ His Son and Jesus Christ loves God the Father and God the Holy Spirit the same which is why Jesus Christ always speaking in the scriptures about doing the Will of the Father.

John
5:16-29

Occurs after Jesus heals on the Sabbath and is confronted.

Jesus also is giving them much knowledge and prophecy for their enlightenment.

16 And for this cause the Jews persecuted Jesus, because he did these things on the sabbath. 17 But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh even until now, and I work. 18 For this cause therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only brake the sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God.

19 Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father doing: for what things soever he doeth, these the Son also doeth in like manner. 20 For the Father loveth the Son, and showeth him all things that himself doeth: and greater works than these will he show him, that ye may marvel. 21 For as the Father raiseth the dead and giveth them life, even so the Son also giveth life to whom he will. 22 For neither doth the Father judge any man, but he hath given all judgment unto the Son; 23 that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He that honoreth not the Son honoreth not the Father that sent him. 24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth him that sent me, hath eternal life, and cometh not into judgment, but hath passed out of death into life. 25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour cometh, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God; and they that hear shall live. 26 For as the Father hath life in himself, even so gave he to the Son also to have life in himself: 27 and he gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man. 28 Marvel not at this: for the hour cometh, in which all that are in the tombs shall hear his voice, 29 and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment.

God the Father gave His Son Jesus Christ as the payment of Sins which entailed so many things such as

Our God would not have done all of this and gave Himself to Us if He did not Love us.  Additionally, absolutely everything we suffer for in life, even unto Death, which was caused by the Satanic unseen world and other human-beings will have the opposite effect because of rewards God will be giving so that evil did not prosper against us.  Even the rebellion of Lucifer and the Fallen Angels will have the opposite effect on giving Glory to God, which is explained more in the topic on the Purpose of All History.

This is why God went through the extreme lengths and plans, done before the foundation of the Earth, of redeeming us through the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ.  Matthew 25:40 has more significance than we understand, as many Biblical Scholars state that in Eternity, we also will feel others emotions so that we can be there in love for them and feel gratitude and love in return that Honors God where God will know and feel he love also.

Ephesians 1:3-14

One of this author's favorite passages.

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ: 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before him in love: 5 having foreordained us unto adoption as sons through Jesus Christ unto himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, which he freely bestowed on us in the Beloved: 7 in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8 which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, 9 making known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him 10 unto a dispensation of the fulness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens, and the things upon the earth; in him, I say, 11 in whom also we were made a heritage, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his will; 12 to the end that we should be unto the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ: 13 in whom ye also, having heard the word of the truth, the gospel of your salvation,—in whom, having also believed, ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 which is an earnest of our inheritance, unto the redemption of God’s own possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Matthew 25:40  And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it unto one of these my brethren, even these least, ye did it unto me.

Wrongful Judgment of Other and also Ourselves

Knowing that we are replete with sins, where we must have forgiveness through Jesus Christ, means (without Jesus Christ) we are destined for exile from God's presence and extreme consequences for the wrongs done against God, others and ourselves.  The Great Gift is Jesus Christ so that we will NOT be exiled from God by accepting Jesus Christ as our Savior.

When we understand and accept Jesus Christ as our Savior, then this allows us to look at everyone else with compassion, forgiveness, sympathy, love and not judging someone for the purposes of:

Knowing how much we have been forgiven in our lives, as we all are sinners, then we:

We are on this Earth for such a very short time.  As we get older, we recognize our days seem to be getting shorter as time feels as if it is moving faster.  Knowing this should help us to realize the importance of every action, word spoken and even our thoughts should be pure with love towards one another.

God has already judged our entire life in advance and loves us by removing the problem of sin:

John 3:15-19

Words from Jesus Christ when speaking to Nicodemus
15 so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life. 16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. 18 He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil.

God instructs us to examine ourselves.  There are many scriptures that also state we should be growing in love towards God and treating others as we would want to be treated:

2 Corinthians 13:5 Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test?

The exception on judging others is when we see others that are not acting as they should, then by their "fruits", which are the actions and words done, then we can know if they are truly Christians.  False Prophets and false Christians should be not encouraged, listened to and when lead by the Holy Spirit possibly spoken in gentle and nice correction.  Our actions in charity, kindness, and word nicely spoken (when absolutely lead by the Holy Spirit) will be a witness for false Christians to change or against them at the Great White Thrown of Judgment.  We are to be Ambassadors for Jesus Christ which is the Third Commandment's true meaning.

Matthew 7:15-20 15 Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. 16 By their fruits ye shall know them. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but the corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

We are admonished to number the days of our life to know we only are here on Earth for a short time.  We should be growing in our love and understanding of God and knowing that our fruits in life are building Rewards in Heaven.

Psalm 90:12 So teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.
Palms 103:15 As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field;

Through Grace and Mercy, God has Given Us the Gift of Salvation.

Our God, through Grace and Mercy, gave us the Gift that is beyond description by having our sins forgiven to allow us to have entrance into Eternity with Him through asking Jesus Christ to be our Savior because of the payment for our sins at the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ.  We are to help witness to others of the Gift of Jesus Christ.

Many of us have possibly overlooked several of the point of John 3:15-19:

  1. Believers automatically have eternal life with God.
  2. God's love was available for everyone to be saved through the Son of God.
  3. The world was already judged before the Son of God came into the world.
  4. Believers are not judged for sin at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
    (a) We have consequences in our Earthly lives that are filtered with Grace and Mercy.,
    (b) The good we do through the Holy Spirit earns Rewards in Heaven.
  5. The Son of God brought the Light of God into the world.
  6. Those who refuse the Light of God are because of the love of evil.
  7. The Son of God is Jesus Christ.
John 3:15-19

More Scriptural Information to Understand about Not Judging Others

The following scriptures, of many, reinforces the direction God has given us about judging others as we are to be a witness and God will be the Judge:

Ephesians 2:8-9 8 for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not of works, that no man should glory.
Matthew 7:1 Do not judge so that you will not be judged.
Matthew 7:14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
James 4:12 There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you who judge your neighbor?
1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God.

People in the Old Testament

Everyone that has ever lived, is currently living and will live in the future are bound to their decisions in life to recognize God, and have the Love from God through Jesus Christ as the Savior of the World.  Many people unfortunately will not accept this Love of God which then means separation because only accepting Jesus Christ as a person's Savior will give life with God in Eternity future.

The people in the Old Testament period, before Jesus Christ the Messiah came, knew of the prophecies and promises like Isaiah 53, and many others through their life and worship in Israel.  Israel was meant to be an evangelist to the entire world, and they did achieve the purpose many times in history.

When a person made the decision to accept God, through Faith in the Old Testament Dispensation, then they were Marked for Salvation and when they died, they went to Upper Sheol to await Jesus Christ's payment for their sins so that they could go to Heaven.

Ephesians 4:6-10  6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all. 7 But unto each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. 8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive,
And gave gifts unto men.
9 (Now this, He ascended, what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.)
