Simply envision that you are kneeling before Jesus Christ in your mind and say this:

"Dear Jesus, I recognize you as my God and my Savior.  I am a sinner and accept what you did on the Cross for payment of my sins and forever want to be with You in eternity.  I know my sins of {list them if you feel the inclination and guidance}.  Please come into my life.  Amen." 

Next:

1. Make friends with people you know are true Believers and find a good Church.  This is a great new start of your life!
2. There is much to learn so go forth in forgiveness and love along with being wise.  The Holy Spirit, who in dwells you once you made the prayer of Salvation, will help and guide you from this point forward.
3. Always remember that your Salvation was purchased like a ransom for someone held captive that required a payment to be set free.  We all were not being held by kidnappers, but we were prisoners to our own sinful nature.

It is with great happiness that you have made the decision to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and it is the paramount desire of this author that you live a full productive life going forward.  Your life from this point forward will be changed in marvelous ways as you will become more productive and begin to earn rewards in eternity.
