In Romans 11:11 "Again I ask: Did they (Israel) stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious."
In Romans 11:25 "I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, ..."
The point of the Tribulation period, where the last 3 and 1/2 years are the time of suffering on a global scale, is to drive Israel as the nation to recognize their Savior and they will. A lot of false teachings are out that the Church has replaced Israel. The promises God made to Israel are irrevocable, can't be taken away.
