Smart Client Executable Deplorer |

This tool allows the deployment of any application of any type. It works off a simple installed local executable with a XML file. Both the two files are deployed on a Client PC(s) which then points to a Shared Folder's XML file off of a Server. (The Shared Folder is the Distributor, the place where files are distributed from.) |
| Process: | The Smart Client "Start" program checks the local XML file's version against the Shared Folder's XML file's version. | |
| * | If the two match, then the local executable, web site, XLSx, DOCx (document), etc is started. | |
| * | If they do not match then the newer Program, Document or File is copied down local along with the Shared Folder's XML file in compressed format. The compressed file is expanded on the Client PC. Next the local version (which is new) of the Program, Document or File is started / executed / viewed. | |
| * | The Smart Client program can be used over and over for any requirement where an executable, local web site, document or any file is required to be possibly updated before use. | |

| 2 | Starting Form main title is read from the XML file (blue arrow) | |
| 3 | The Location of the Shared Folder's distribution folder is stored in the XML file | |
| 4 | The Starting Program, Document or File is stored in the XML file | |
| 5 | If the Shared Folder on the Network is not available, then the Smart Client will automatically start the Program, Document or File. | |
| 6 | The user will see the screen shown below to inform the status of their Program, Document or File starting / viewing. | |
